CUPE 3287 Annual General Meeting & End-of-Term Banquet
Monday, December 12th
Marquis Hall , Private Dining Room (2nd Floor)
The AGM will begin at 5:30 PM; the banquet will follow, beginning at about 7:30 PM
Please join your fellow sessional lecturers to celebrate the end of another term at the University of Saskatchewan!
Spouses/partners/significant others of CUPE 3287 members are welcome to join us for the banquet (but we advise that they may wish to arrive no earlier than 7:30)
CUPE 3287 members and their guest will be provided with one drink ticket, compliments of the union; cash bar thereafter.
Dinner Buffet Menu:
— Freshly baked bread and rolls
— Fresh vegetable crudité platter with spinach yogurt dip
— Spinach salad with Saskatoon berry camelina vinaigrette
— Sundried tomato Caesar salad, with crisp pancetta, toasted chickpeas, and Dijon Caesar dressing
— Chef selection salads
— Butter-basted shallot and herb-roasted turkey, with pan gravy, stuffing, and buttermilk mashed potatoes
— Chickpea cassoulet with collard greens (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free)
— Market vegetables
— Salted caramel and apple cheesecake
— Coffee and tea

An agenda for the AGM will be include in the next issue of the newsletter and circulated to members via email. The AGM will include elections for the positions of President, Recording Secretary, News & Communications Officer, Trustee, and up to five Members-at-Large. Descriptions of the duties for these positions can be found in our Bylaws.
