Cocktails start at 5:00pm, followed by the AGM starting at 5:30pm. Dinner will be served following the meeting, starting at around 6:15 pm.

AGM
The AGM will include elections for the positions of Vice-President, Secretary-Treasurer, Members at Large (up to five), and one Trustee position (with a term of up to three years). A by-election will also be held for the position of Recording-Secretary. A description of duties and stipends for each
of these positions can be found in our local’s Bylaws.

In order to stand for election or to vote in elections, you must be a member-in-good-standing of our local, meaning that you must have completed a membership application. If you haven’t already done so, please complete a membership application prior to the AGM.

The AGM and the End of Term Banquet are two separate events held on the same evening, December 5, at the same location, the University Club.

All CUPE 3287 members are encouraged to attend the AGM starting at 5:30pm. No RSVP is required to attend the AGM.

Banquet
Please join your fellow sessional lecturers to celebrate the end of another term at the University of Saskatchewan!

CUPE 3287 members (and their significant other) are invited to enjoy the Banquet after the AGM.
Guests of CUPE 3287 members cannot attend the AGM.

One complimentary drink ticket will be available for each attendee: with a cash bar thereafter.

A full course buffet dinner, including vegan options, will be provided, compliments of the union.
